Self-catering accommodation
All of our accommodation is self-catering, unless other wise specified. This means you have all the facilities to cook & clean yourself during your stay. It is your responsibility to keep the unit clean. We provide you with some cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner.
We also supply you with an initial amount of soap, toilet paper and washing detergent. However once that runs out you must buy your own.
On your departure you must ensure the unit is left clean & tidy. If it is not left clean & tidy then a cleaning fee will be charged. Depending on the size of the unit the cleaning fee may be up to $220 and will be charged to your security bond. So it is your responsibility to leave the unit clean & tidy.

is a Real Estate Agency that manages a group of quality privately owned apartments available for holiday rentals.

All apartments are located within Manly, with a short stroll to the Corso, restaurants, Manly Ferry and Sydney Harbour.

Each apartment has a unique layout with different furnishings and fittings and everything you need to enjoy your stay.
All linen and towels are supplied.

There is no reception or concierge staff available at any of our apartments other than that of The Manly Ocean Royale, located at 69-74 North Steyne Manly, Reception in Steinton Street.

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Saturday & Sunday 9am-12 Noon
Closed Public holidays
Arrivals outside these times must be pre-arranged.
